FREEDOM OR FAME RELOADED

Sipho Ramaru

The long awaited “Freedom or Fame Reloaded” has finally dropped and the piece has exceeded 60-thousand downloads within 24hrs of hitting the net! Fans couldn’t wait to hear what magic BlackLez cooked up with Reason and PRO on the joint.

The Limpin' hit maker, Lez aka Austin 25 is gradually growing in his rap career and slowly making his way up, bridging the gap between underground and mainstream. The public couldn't wait for 12O'clock to hit so they can get their hands on "Freedom of Fame Reloaded". The first one was a smash and Lez shares his life story with his fans….and it’s kinda touching if you pay attention to the joint and the lyrical content of the hit.

This time around the Cap City Records rapper, came back with Motif’s Reason and MFE founder, PRO. So far the reception has been great and numbers can even back me up on that one. Now, though the track is a hit but, personally, I still prefer the original version!! It does it for me.

IS LIL WAYNE SIGNING WITH NO LIMITS RECORD??

Sipho Ramaru

Lil Wayne and Master P “Power” collaboration subsequently came to fruition as Wayne faces a probable split with his label of almost 20 year, Cash Money Records. Creating a buzz in the streets, speculations began as to whether or not the Cash Money rapper is looking to head to Master P’s No Limit. Nothing has been confirmed as yet. . .so could the fans be getting ahead of themselves?

No Limit’s boss discussed the possibility in a recent interview on Sway In The Morning. “Anything is possible, but Wayne just making good music. I rapped on his record, he rapped on this ‘Power’ record, and uhm…we gonna build a relationship from there. However it goes, it’s all official over here”, he said.

Master P said he’s not worried about any backlash from Baby or Slim, because this is business and “it’s No Limit over here”. And it’s time hip hop kings joined forces, and it’s all about timing.

Though P can’t confirm No Limit signing Wayne but he says he respects Wayne’s music and showed faith in Weezy’s business shrewdness. “But I think he know what he’s doing with his situation. He’s been in this game a long time, he’s one of the best rappers in the world. I just appreciate me and him getting together.”
